Completed Projects One Rainsford
One Rainsford is a boutique building with 28 residences, uniquely laid out and to the individual specifications of owners. One Rainsford, located in Toronto's highly sought-after beach locations, was constructed over a two-year period.
The building comprises six levels, single and double-story residences, with ground-floor retail and underground parking. FMA was the prime mechanical contractor providing complete plumbing installation, HVAC, and life safety systems.
Retrofit Project
599 St. Clair Avenue West, situated in the most desirable Wychwood Park area of Toronto, required a complete overhaul of the mechanical structure to suit the increased demands of its tenants and code specifications.
The low-rise complex required complete plumbing installation and a hot-water heating system. FMA's team of engineers designed and installed these requirements as part of the complete upgrade to the century-old building. This included bringing the building to meet OBC fire ratings.
Meadowvale Office Development
For this 26,000 sq. ft. facility in Mississauga, FMA designed the HVAC and plumbing to LEED standard.
